เพื่อมุ่งสู่ฐานบินปฏิบัติการชั้นนำในภูมิภาค

การฝึกร่วม/ผสม
กองบิน ๑ เข้าร่วมการฝึกร่วม/ผสม ที่มีการสนธิกำลังทางอากาศขนาดใหญ่ อาทิ Cobra Gold, Cope Tiger, Enduring Partners Engagement, Balance Teak/Torch, Thai Boomerang, Elang Thainesia ซึ่งมีการพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์การสู้รบในปัจจุบัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาขีดความสามารถของหน่วยบิน และหน่วยต่อสู้อากาศยานที่เข้าร่วมการฝึก และเพื่อพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการทางอากาศ อีกทั้งยังเป็นการกระชับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมิตรประเทศ ที่เข้าร่วมการฝึกอีกด้วย
